Workfile - Forms Tab

The Form Letter feature in a workfile allows you to use letter templates with information specific to the workfile. This feature also allows you to create a manual letter and insert fields from a workfile into the letter. When a letter template is selected, workfile information is populated in the form.

Some of the letter templates include the following:

• Customer Invoice Letter with Return Address
• Insurance Invoice Letter with Return Address
• Scheduled-In Letter with return Address
• Solicitation Letter
• Thank You Letter with Return Address
